Privacy Policy

AI Agent Analytics is built to measure machine-customer activity without collecting the underlying private work those agents perform.

Effective September 17, 2026

1. What this policy covers

This policy applies to AI Agent Analytics, operated by Davisville Labs LLC, including the public site, customer account experience, product setup, billing, and analytics ingestion services.

2. Information we may collect

Depending on how you use the service, we may collect business account information such as your name, email address, organization name, product names, account status, support messages, subscription status, and billing metadata provided by our payment processor.

For instrumented products, AI Agent Analytics is designed to receive privacy-minimized commerce telemetry such as timestamps, funnel stages, pseudonymous actor identifiers, traffic classification, discovery source, operation or protocol labels, payment state, exact settlement amount and denomination, receipt identity, delivery state, and repeat-use signals.

3. Information the analytics service is not designed to receive

Do not send raw prompts, request bodies, arbitrary user text, authentication tokens, payment credentials, full paid results, sensitive research or evidence content, or other unnecessary personal information through analytics events.

AI Agent Analytics does not need full payment card numbers and is not designed to retain long-term raw IP addresses as customer identity.

4. How we use information

We use information to operate and secure the service, authenticate users, process subscriptions, create customer properties, provide Daily Pulse and Portfolio views, classify machine traffic, reconcile payment and delivery events, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, and improve product reliability.

5. Service providers

We use service providers where needed to operate AI Agent Analytics. These may include Cloudflare for hosting, storage, routing, security, and access controls, and Stripe for checkout, subscription billing, and payment processing. Authentication or email providers may be added as the customer account experience evolves.

6. Sharing and selling

We do not sell personal information. We do not expose one customer's private telemetry to another customer. We may disclose information to service providers that help us operate the service, when required by law, or when necessary to protect the service and its users.

7. Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain business records, protect security, resolve disputes, and meet legal or accounting obligations. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee perfect security.

8. Your choices and rights

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of account information, subject to legal, security, billing, and recordkeeping requirements. California residents and users in other jurisdictions may have additional rights where applicable.

9. Changes

We may update this policy as the service changes. The current effective date appears at the top of this page.
