1. Service
AI Agent Analytics provides merchant-side analytics for agent-facing products, including machine-traffic classification, funnel measurement, settlement and delivery tracking, repeat-use signals, Daily Pulse, and related account features.
The service provides analytics and decision support. It does not guarantee discovery, customers, conversion, revenue, payment success, delivery success, or any particular business result.
2. Accounts and authority
You must provide accurate account information and keep access credentials secure. You may use the service only for organizations and products you are authorized to administer.
You are responsible for making sure you have the rights and permissions needed to send telemetry to AI Agent Analytics and for configuring your instrumentation so that it does not send prohibited or unnecessary private content.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans, included product limits, billing intervals, and current prices are shown on the sales page and at checkout. Subscriptions renew until canceled unless the checkout terms say otherwise. Canceling stops future renewals but does not automatically create a refund for prior service periods, except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout.
Payments are processed by Stripe or another disclosed payment provider. Davisville Labs does not intend to store full payment card numbers.
4. Customer data and telemetry
You retain your rights in the business data and telemetry you provide. You grant Davisville Labs the limited rights needed to receive, process, secure, aggregate, and display that data to provide and improve AI Agent Analytics.
We will not expose one customer's private telemetry to another customer. Any future cross-customer benchmark or aggregate product must be designed so that it does not reveal another customer's confidential data.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to violate law, infringe rights, submit credentials or payment-card data into analytics events, probe or interfere with service security, access another customer's data, overload the service, or misrepresent synthetic traffic as real customer activity.
6. Service changes and availability
AI Agent Analytics is an evolving service. Features may be added, changed, limited, or removed. We may suspend access for security, abuse, nonpayment, legal requirements, or material violations of these Terms. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, no uptime service-level agreement is provided.
7. Intellectual property
Davisville Labs owns or licenses the AI Agent Analytics software, interface, analytics logic, classification systems, documentation, branding, and other service materials. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the service to you.
8. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Analytics can be incomplete when upstream instrumentation is incomplete, unavailable, or ambiguous. The product is designed to surface evidence limits rather than invent certainty.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Davisville Labs LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from use of the service.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms as the service changes. Material changes affecting paid service will be reflected on the site, at checkout, or through account communications as appropriate.
